Please see below a description of each delivery service we offer and extra information regarding delivery times and services we offer.


Tracked 48

Tracked 48 is a service by Royal Mail which aims to deliver within 2 working days, although this is not 100% guaranteed, Royal Mail deliver within 2 working days 99% of the time.  This service will provide you with a tracking number once dispatched and you will be able to follow it's journey on the Royal Mail tracking site.

Orders placed after 2pm will be dispatched the next working day.

Tracked 24

This is a Royal Mail service which aims to deliver next working day. This is not 100% guaranteed but 99% of the time, delivery is next day.

With this service, you will receive a tracking number once we have dispatched which allows you to track it's journey to your delivery address.

Orders placed after 2pm will be dispatched the next working day.


UK Shipping Information

Upon successfully processing your payment transaction, your goods will be dispatched usually within 1 working day of order placement (depending on availability). This excludes weekends and UK Bank Holidays.

Please note: All orders including will be processed within 2 working days. Orders placed after 2pm will be dispatched the next working day.

All Postage prices are calculated due to value or weight of total items purchased, most parcels are sent Royal Mail Tracked 48 but we do offer multiple delivery options for faster delivery times.

Your order(s) can normally be expected to arrive within 2-3 working days of dispatch (excluding weekends and UK Bank Holidays).


Shipping & Ordering Information

  • We accept no responsibility if incorrect delivery address or postcode are given - this may result in delayed or non-delivery of your order. Check your details before processing the final payment.
  • We have tried to make making your purchase as easy as possible. Select your product, put it in your basket and when you've finished go through the checkout where your shopping list will be on view with the amount you will have to pay, please select a shipping method and process your order. Before finalising the transaction, we will ask you to fill out a registration form along with some personal financial information which is required for us to process the sale. 
  • If your request is not available, we will contact you to discuss and advise alternatives. We do offer refunds if requested.
  • VAT is inclusive on all illustrated prices at the current rate. Where applicable, please note some items do not require a VAT charge.
  • Any product you cannot see on this site does not mean that we have not got it. We do not illustrate every product that we sell. Please pick up the phone, email us or even pop in to the store. If we do not have your request in store we will endeavour to order it for you as soon as possible.
